Holistic development

Each learner in Grades 4-7 receives a complete set of textbooks as prescribed by the DBE. To build on the holistic development of the child, learners are exposed to Office 365. Educators use OneNote to develop and distribute new content, which is in context with the learners’ background, to the learners. This content includes interesting articles, self-assessments, revision pages, videos and reinforcement resources.

Each class in Grades 4-7 is equipped with a large screen television and tablet for the educator. The tablets serve as a media and information source used by the educator to make lessons more interactive for our learners.

Stories are read daily to the learners in the Foundation Phase and a reading program is followed.

All Foundation Phase classes are equipped with a Data Projector and Whiteboards which equip the educators to teach with a learner-centred focus.
