Vredekloof Primary School
Vredekloof Primary School is a public, parallel medium school that offers two Afrikaans and two English classes per grade. The School opened its doors for the first time in 2019.
At Vredekloof Primary School we are committed to preparing our learners for high school and the ever-changing future. We constantly strive to improve our learner’s academic performance, while guiding them to understand the importance of compassion, respect, perseverance and responsibility.
Vredekloof Primary School offers a variety of sports and cultural activities for our learners. Learners are encouraged to participate in at least 1 extra-curricular activity per term in order to ensure their holistic development. Through our high standard of academic, cultural and sports activities, we cultivate an attitude of pride and synergy in our learners, parents and teachers.

We will achieve our vision by:
- implement a variety of skills, consistent discipline and apply an innovative teaching approach;
- instill in the staff, learners and parents a sense of belonging and pride in the school in the belief that the school’s traditions are the foundation for its future growth;
- to strive for excellence in all our activities and to promote a happy, loving environment;
- the use of modern technology to prepare our learners for the challenges of an everchanging future;
- to convey the principles of mutual respect and compassion to our learners so that they will empathize with their peers, the community and the environment in a spirit of cooperation and support;
- constantly promoting our school’s motto.
